If you are looking for a contractor to do work in your area, our new service is just right for you. Simply fill out the information below and locate contractors in your area who do the specific type of work you need. Forget the phonebook, we do all the work for you! It will save you valuable time and effort. Many contractors are busy during the day and email is the best method to contact them. It may take an extra day, but it is much easier for all parties to get things started.

We perform checks on each contractor company that is designated as a Premium Contractor. These contractors have signed on with us to state that they are licensed, insured, and legally able to operate in your area. We contact reporting agencies to determine if there are any outstanding issues with previous property owners. They offer themselves as reputable contractors ready to serve you. The Basic Contractors in our database are companies that we have found in your area and the respective specialty, but have not been checked out using these processes.

We have a rating system that the customers (home owners / business owners) can rate the contractors that perform work in the home or business. We do screen these ratings for abnormalities. We strive to please both parties through this system, but we do respect the opinions of our customers and will only change the rating if the customer approves of the change.
