Metro Service Matrix, Inc. was started in order to meet a rising demand for property owners to meet with quality contractors in their area of expertise.

Our Guidelines

Metro Service Matrix, Inc. is dedicated to serving the community with quality contractors by means of screening the companies that interact with property owners. We endeavor to provide property owners with 3 to 5 contractors that have met the qualifications of our screening process. While we endeavor to provide customers who use our services with screened contractors, there may be some contractors who do not pay for us to screen them that contact the homeowner to provide free quotes. Homeowners can check our listings for screened contractors, �Premium Contractors�, if they desire to ensure the contractors are screened. The integrity of our referrals is our strength. We report all comments from our property owners about our contractors, whether they are positive or negative. (See our customer rating and reporting system).

We perform checks on each Premium Contractor company using methods that identify their insurance profile, licensing validity, and we contact reporting agencies to determine if there are any outstanding issues with other property owners. We reserve the right to discontinue referring property owners to our contractors who have low scores through reports of their performance.

Our property owners are looking for the best possible solution to their property improvement needs. They are willing to do the research to find the best match for their needs. They expect the best choice will be found through their careful evaluation of the prospective contracting companies. They are willing to interview and ask pertinent questions of the contractor representatives. They know that they will be more successful in their search when they review qualified companies, rather than calling upon companies out of the phone directory.

Our contracting companies are very professional in their dealings with property owners. They understand that property owners look upon their property as a valuable investment that they are trying to maintain and build upon. Contractors are willing to take the time to explain techniques, ideas, and costs with property owners. They realize that property owners are looking to maximize their investment dollars.
